Anne-Marie has been licensed to practice law since 2003.  Her experience in civil litigation includes handling matters in both federal and state courts including first- and third-party insurance litigation, motor vehicle accident claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, breach of contract disputes, deceptive trade practice claims, negligence and other tort claims, and fraud claims.  She has also advised institutional clients in the handling of SIU and coverage matters.  Annie-Marie has extensive experience in taking depositions, participating in hearings and mediations, and trying cases.

PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY

Anne-Marie grew up in Houston, Texas. After graduating from Alief Hastings High School, she attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. She completed her Masters of Law in Health Law and Tax at the University of Houston Law Center.  Anne-Marie and her husband, Cal, have two children, a twin son and daughter.  She and her husband enjoy watching and supporting their children in their musical and acting activities.
